The proposals prepared for a planning application involved the design of multi level external spaces for a 5* hotel on the site of a former hotel ravaged by fire. Perched high on rugged cliffs, the hotel proposals boast 270 degree coastal views, 35 luxury bedrooms, a spa and Michelin-starred restaurant. Eating terraces, roof gardens and green wall technology help to blend the hotel into its extremely sensitive coastal location and enhance the coastline views.
